Do I need to be home for the pickup?+
Not always. As long as the items are accessible and you've approved the quote, we can complete the job and send photos plus your receipt when we're done.
How fast can you get here?+
Most Treasure Valley jobs are scheduled within 24 hours, and same-day service is often available when you call before noon.
What can't you take?+
We can't haul hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, asbestos, or wet oil. Ask us and we'll point you to the right local disposal option.
What happens to my stuff?+
We sort everything. Usable items go to local donation centers, metals and electronics get recycled, and only what's left goes to the transfer station.
Do you clean up afterward?+
Always. Sweeping the space is part of the job — it's how we earned the name.
